Buona sera Csaba,
I saved a wonderful recipe of yours and cannot find it now. It is a cream curry made green with blended spinach or chard, has coconut water and coconut milk, aubergine and chickpeas in it and is served with a yellow rice with raisins and pistachios. If you get this message, would you mind sending it to me?
I cooked on an Italian boat where they had two of your recipe books – loved them! Good Food and Honestly Good. This recipe was in one of them.
